Crosslinks Foundation has successfully completed its third year of crop residue interventions on treatment farms in Jajpur district of Odisha. The pilot project, being implemented in collaboration with JPAL-SA and the University of Berkeley, is studying the impact of incentives on the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices by smallholder farmers in rural Odisha. It lays the groundwork for a potentially larger-scale randomized evaluation that will link rural farmers to firms providing carbon credits.
